Is it possible to get a DV interview appointed in a different country?

PS: I have no life. If I don't win this time, I'll probably commit suicide. I'm serious. I'm tired of this. I had opportunities to get to the USA, but they were all screwed up by various factors (bureaucracy, parents, and lack of information). This is it for me. This is my last chance. I don't care for life if I don't get what I want this time. I'm old and I don't need any more of this.
Believe it or not, but I have a deadline til September 2017. If nothing happens then, I'm done.
So yeah, I'm pretty invested in this thing. And I'm sorry if me being so nosy and eager bothers you, but there is a part of me that wants to live and make sure everything works out in case I win.
 
Okay, at this point I'm going to politely request you stop littering the forum. I've gone ahead and merged your Threads, in addition to deleting a post which is a violation of the TOS of this forum. Enough already!
 
You will not get another warning after this. I've again deleted the new post you put up in place of the first one which got deleted.

This is my third time trying with the DV Lottery and its the best to apply and forget about it. I'm already planning to take some vacations next year in the U.S. and not even worrying about the lottery. I understand you want to have everything prepared but I consider you should worry more about your job offer, than the lottery itself. I'm sure if you get selected, lot of people will be willing to help and Britsimon already provided good information on your question.

Good luck on your DV 2018 application and focus on your job offer, since its something more tangible compared to the DV Lottery
