Is it OK to use AP before I140 approved

I have concurrently filed I140 & I485. I have valid EAD and AP but my I140 is not approved yet. Is there any risk to travel abroad now and re-enter using AP

----- if your I-140 gets denied while you are out of US then I-485, EAD AP all will be denied. it is risk to use AP in your situation better check the online status of your I-140 before taking a flight, AP rests on pending I-485 and I-485 rests on I-140. you have not written when you filed I-140 and service center so no guess

Even if there was a RFE in I140 /485 AP will generally let you in. Unless I140 and I485 is denied without room for Motion to Reopen/appeal, your AP should serve your travel needs.
