Is H4 Stamping in another country possible?

Hi,

I got married recently and my spouse is in UK - work permit.

I am on H1B here in USA. Can I get H4 for my wife stamped in UK or does she have to got to India again for H4. And, on what basis can I get her H4 stamped in UK if at all - like I can accompany her.
I have to get stamped for my H1B again in March Next year. Can we both do it together (her H4 and my H1B) in UK or do we have to go to India.

Any leads will be helpful

If she has a work permit for the UK, I don't see why she needs to go to India to get her H-4 visa.
