Did you see any approval without Labor substitution which has PD > 1/2002

I filed for Labor in Feb 2002, in that case my priority date will be feb 2002 or something else
My I140 was approved in Nov 2004 and applied for I485 and I765 in Dec 2004.
Could please let me know whether I'll get EAD and to get I485 approved the priorit date should be Feb 2002 or Dec 2004
