As ive read somewhere in this website and other news searches, the DV survived a NO vote by only a few votes. That spells trouble for all of our friends, who have not won it yet.
The comprehensive immigration bill is going to be around in the floors when the next congress is elected and does the bill include any provisions about the DV lottery??
Does anyone have any idea???

Is this the bill S. 2868?

I don't see any further progression since the last time it was mentioned but maybe somebody who knows better may be able to help us?

Advance degree usually means Masters or PhD. The same for this bill.
