is anyone 2007 GC applicants ?? + question about medical

hey everyone, i've been reading this forum for a while, but this is my first thread.

Anyone who applied for GC (I-485) in begining 2007, please share your opinion on processing..
Did anyone sent out their medical with initial application package??
if yes, did USCIS made anyone make it again?? or they just take it ok?

i applied for asylum in December 05
Asylum received January 06
I-485 applied in Jan 07
BIO 3 - march 07

LUD date changed on 04/03/07, but the message is the same.
 
There is no more cap for Asylee Adjusment, therefore Medical should be sent together with initial application. If not sent with initial application, no worries, you still will be requested to submit it at later time, when case is being process.

Welcome-u should only sent the application with other require document. Don't sent Medical with ur application, they will send u a letter requesting for Medical. Good luck.
 
They ask you to submit it, so I suggest you submit it. If you do not submit it, they will send you a letter asking you to submit your medical, but why would you add one more step to the process? Their process has changed and they don't wait until you are almost approved to ask you for medical and fingerprint. They ask you right away, so in my opinion, it's better to send everything on the list.
