Is 1 G-28 enough to file 485, 131 and 765, assuming all forms are in the same packet?

Is 1 G-28 required for each form you file ?

In my case, EAD came to me, AP went to the lawyer.

if file through lawyer EAD comes to your home address, AP goes to lawyer office. if file directly then AP, EAD comes to you.
