I have a friend with an Irish Passport....he would like to know if he is able to apply for a Green Card through the lottery process? We are unsure of what countries qualify for this process.
I entered the lottery a few years ago but didn't get a gc. You can do it with an irish passport but you really have to be lucky. You have about a 1 in 1000 chance of getting it!!!
