Interview with Children...

Hi everyone,
I and my wife are going to take the interview at a very early time and we have a 3 year old son, and we are not sure where to leave him.

I tried to review other threads and found out that some people were able to have their toddlers come into the interview room with them. But most of this information is quite old. Therefore, I decided to post a new tread and ask for recent experiences.

Thus, if anyone has experience taking a toddler child to the citizenship interview, please share your experiences with us.

Thanks a lot

I took my 8yo into the interview; when my wife was interviewed I watched the 4yo and the infant. It all depends; I expect the interviewers will be helpful if your child is well-behaved and you have no alternative.

Yes you can. I took my 3 year old with me. She is active and I told the same to the IO and also told her she is daddy's girl and we live about 150 miles away from the interview place. IO welcomed my daughter.

When i wait in the room for my interview , i see many children play in the room , also there is a small area for children to play . this is in USCIS -san bernardino ,california

Are you sure the play room is for the children? I wouldn't be surprised if USCIS employees have fun when everyone isn't around there...when people with young children are there, they act as if it is for the children....lol!!!

Thanks for advises everyone! .. I'll write the outcome and experience right after the interview..
