Folks,
My citizenship interview is scheduled for this Friday. My history is as follows:
Entered the US via crossing border through canada. Filed for asylum and received work authorization for several years, went to school and got married. My wife was in the process of being sponsored for green card through her employer. We got married and before she filed her I-140. My wife's case was successful and we both received green cards under Section 245i. Also, I terminated my asylum application. I was never in deportation proceedings.
Questions:
Do I need to worry about anything related to my asylum application?
Would be being out of status and entering US illegally have any impact? I was granted green card under section 245i - adjustment of status
Besides driver license, green card, tax transcript, marriage license....what else should i bring for the interview?
Thanks everyone.
