Interview done, 2 years FBI name check not yet cleared

Hi There ya all

My simple question is, My interview was done 2 years ago, it was fine but they didnt have the results of NAME CEHCK, so I didnt get any results, Now its been 2 years, my question is, when they will get the clearnce, will I be getting permanent or consitional green card?

if it has been more than two years since you got married, it will be an unconditional card.

Do contact your congressman to see what the holdup is.

I contacted My senator, and I ben told that name check has been done already, thank god, Now i am waiting to hear from UCIS

Call the USCIS support service number and ask them what the current status is on your case. I bet they will say that they are waiting on name check. Infrom them that you have a letter from FBI saying that name check is already done. This may speed up your process.

Infact I called my case worker with senator's office, Now they will be making an inquiry.
As a matter of fact, I am not that concern anyway at this point.
