Hi,

Following documents are asked to bring for interview
I have following questions
for #2 both me and husband are working so we can prepare different affidavit of support or as my husband is the primary applicant he should only provide affidafit of support? and since i am working for only 2 years if i show 2 years tax returns and w2's is that fine? what do i need to do first year when i was not working?
for #3 I never arrested in my life time either in India or in USA in that case what should we show here, do we need to produce the required document even if never arrested?
for #8 what is proof of payment of I-485 supplement A?

1. Medical examination form I-693 in a sealed envelope
2. Affidavit of support form I-864 (with your tax returns for the last 3 years, w-2’s and current job letter)
3. certified court dispositions (for all arrests, no matter how long ago the arrest occurred)
4. 2 color ADIT-Style photographs
5. Photo identification for yourself and your petitioner
6. Your employment authorization card
7. English translations of any foreign documents (use certified translators only)
8. Proof of legal entry into the united states, passport and /or proof of payment of I-485 supplement A.
9. Birth certificates for beneficiary, petitioner and all children
10. Marriage certificates(if married previously, proof of termination of all previous marriages)

------------- only Primary applicant has to provide affidafit of support

-------------- they dont ask paystub or W-2 from dependent spouse
what do i need to do first year when i was not working?

------------- was your spouse I-485 filed under 245(i) if yes then they are asking about $1000 extra fee

------------ if you submited with I-485 no need, if not submited take it

------------- only your DL and your spouse DL is needed
6. Your employment authorization card
----------- take all EAD , AP
7. English translations of any foreign documents (use certified translators only)
8. Proof of legal entry into the united states, passport and /or proof of payment of I-485 supplement A.

Thanks a lot for the clarifications. For question #8 they are saying and/or in that case do we need to worry about the part after and/or?

regarding #1 we submitted our medical while submitting I-485 but then if they ask do we need to submit again because some where in the discussion forum i read medical expires in 1 year, can you provide more input on it?

--------------- I think you have your passport with Stamp page that shows your entry to US and you have I-94 and you also attached that when I-485 was filed

------------ USCIS H.Q has memo extended it means Medicals dont expire in 1 year but still NJ local office is sending list that one should provide medicals. I dont have link to that memo at this time. for more info or link talk to your lawyer
