Interpretation of Fujie Ohata's Memo

FO Memo - Statistics for 4months

It has been 4 months since FO memo kicked into effect.

What are the implications?

Are they touching new 140/485 together? Did anybody who applied after april30 get their 140/485 apps processed?

Basically, is there any method to this USCIS madness, after FO Memo? do you guys see a trend emerging in case processing

I140s approved or RFEs for may cases

I tried scannign the May 2004 cases in random and I find most of the 140s either cleared or having an RFE. Can peolpe applied in may try and scan their respective dates and see how many cases are approved but unreported?

My ND for I-140 EB3 is 05/05/04. No news so far.
 
Did you try scannig the cases around you date? Try it and you will find lot of other approvals on that date for 140 alone

Well.. I am scanning for May 20th, and till now only 3 cases approved out of 130 cases which I am scanning. For me, the wave has not yet hit May 20th.

I am running scan for May 18th for 140 cases in VSC. Following are the stats that I have:
Total = 216
Approved = 22
(6/22/04 and 7/12 - 1 each,
7/26 - 2,
7/30, 8/9, 8/10, 8/12, 8/13 and 8/17 - 1 each,
8/20, 8/23 and 8/24 - 4 each)

RFE = 2 (8/6 and 8/9)

I was expecting another 4 approvals on 8/25, but didn't see any.

Gurus, could you please advise if this memo could apply in my case?
