Interim EAD: Please help

My EAD expires on 04/29/04. I applied for EAD renewal on 01/12/04. The 90th day is approcahing soon. I live in DC metro area. Unfortunately, it appears that arlington office is taking 45 days to issue the interim EAD.

Can I go to any office such as Philadelphia
or Boston to get my EAD on the 91st day ?

I live in MD. Got I-EAD from Boston last month

probably not Philadelphia

Last time I checked, Philadelphia doens't give you I-EAD on the same day either. I could be wrong on this though. Make sure you double check that before you go there.
