Interim EAD before 90 days... is it possible ???

Hi,

My EAD is expiring before I would get my renewed EAD... :(

What is the possibility of getting an interim EAD from the Orlando office before the 90 days is over... I am now at my 60 days (and counting)...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

I am also in the same boat..
To my knowledge and experience ,it is not possible to get iEAD before 90 days from Orlando office..
It is better you visit one or two weeks before your 90 th day so that you can submit all of these forms to get an appointment letter from them.
They will ask you to submit copies of I-765,copy of I-765 receipt notice and I-485.
Also one more important thing about Orlando office is that they issue iEAD only on Wednesdays..

Thanks for your replies...

Ginnu... there was a serious miscommunication between my lawyer (renewal date was off by a month... hence the 1 month gap in renewal)... But that is water under the bridge. :( Next time... if possible, I will file renewal exactly before 6 months (learnt my lesson)

Hey Aug... if possible... could you please explain in detail the procedure for getting IEAD from the Orlando office...
