I know there is a site you can buy them from, but my lawyer gave me my copy.
I'm not sure if there is a site where you can them for free.

They can be download from USCIS website and you also get
them in a package plus an audio CD when you do your FP.
The receptionist at ASC where you do your FP may or may not offer
to give you but you can ask for it

There are many sites that charge for something that is otherwise free.
I just figured out you can also find original UCSIC brochures on main page of that website. Simply click on the brochure image: red for the new test, blue for the old test.
