Interesting Scenario !! Regarding Labor.

I would appreciate if you can post an appropriate reply regarding this scenario.

I work of company ABC. But I was offered to utilize the existing Labor( GC first stage) of company XYZ. Also my GC processing has started from Company ABC.

Question:
Can I utilize the opportunity to use the existing labor certification from Company XYZ without moving to company XYZ for applying the I-140 and I-485 stage.

Please appraise me if there are any other complication or advantages regarding this issue

Yes. GC is for future job. You can have more than 1 GC in process.

I was told that GC is for future employment, but will there arise any complication while applying for I-140 from Company XYZ. and will it become a chance for suspicion for INS ?
