I hightly appreciate the service you are offering for all of us. It is very extremely informative and gives up a lot of hope in this long wiating process.

I would like to further request you to add a feature of chatting into the website. It would be really helpful if all the registered users be able to chat as well with each other.

We did. 4-5 years ago and no one used it then. But I am inclined to experiment. The investment is not huge. The biggest advantage for me may be, I can speak to people whenever I have a few minutes during the day.
