Hi
My case is CAP exempt (current employer) to CAP transfer (future employer). As per the information I received so far, I can apply after April 1 and start working from Oct 1. I have an interesting question based on I-129.
My current employer is college and they applied H1B transfer (from my previous employer that was also college) in June of 2005.
Now I am looking at form I-129 Part B and Part C.
Part B is about Fee exemption.
1. is checked (Indicates Institution of Higher Education)
Part c is about Numerical Limitation Exemption Information
1. is checked (Indicates Institution of Higher Education)
6. is checked (Transfer from one college to another)
7. is checked (Master Degree From US)
Now my question is, is there any remote chance I was counted against the masters quota because question 7 in part C was checked. And how do I know that.
Your expert opinions are appreciated.
Thanks
