Inordinate delays for "DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS"

So we have 2 separate I130s approved - that were applied in - June 2010 and October 2012.
Dates for filing family sponsored visa application were at Dec 01 2005 - when Biden took Oath in Feb 21.
Now its at Feb 22 2006 - so it moved 3 months in about 15 months time.
Slowest progress that I have seen!
Nothing much can be done other than venting on forums like this ...
 
Checked today first time after May 2022 - we are still at 22 February 06 - for F4 class for India
So Zero movement at Dept of State in 10 months now

Aug 11 update.
Sept Visa bulleting for F4 ( DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS)
still shows 22 Feb 06 date.
Do any of the attorneys here know if there is any recourse here?
Would reaching out to my congressman or senator have any consequence?
@SusieQQQ - any thoughts on this one ?
