Hi gurus,

1. Is it worth doing an infopass at a different uscis office from the one where your application is filed / pending at? Anyone with experience in this regards.

2. Do we need two infopass appointments for two cases?

Thanks.

Good question. The DO might refuse to serve you if you go to one that is outside your service area (provided you get an IO who notices and decided to tell you that).

I would assume one Infopass per "A" number

1. Not sure if there is an explicit rule prohibiting this. You can speak with an IO about this. Then again, you migth get different answers. They will surely ask you why you are requesting such an exception. It's up to you to convince them why.

2. Again, not sure. When we book an InfoPass, it gives us a place to select "number of people". I would take that to imply more than one case can be discussed during one InfoPass session. For instance, a husband and wife or kids may want to be in one sitting.

Let us know how you make out.

Good luck.
