Hi All,
How do one recapture the days that one spends outside the US, being on H1??
What kind of documentary evidence and explanation is required?
Passpot has entry and exit dates, would that be good enough proof to suggest a particular individual was out of a country and back???
Please clarify on this issue, as I know most of you out there might wonder and have the same question in mind but would think its a silly question to ask in the forum.
i'd apprecite if there is a discussion and answeres going on this Recapturing dates or days.
