I am here on H1b visa since Nov 2002 and my H1 Visa is going to expire on July 2005. i had a query can i visit india before my visa expire( i am on bench more than a year) .I recetly got new job and as i want to apply for visa transfer process to other company so. Whether it is better to visit india before transfer of visa or after that.
Is there any legal issues which can affect me during reentry in US.

You can go and come back before the visa stamped in your pp expires, irrespective of transfer. Better go before transfer, incase any problem in transfer (lack of paystubs) takes place.
