Incorrect information in H4 (I539)

Hi,
My daughter got H4 extention for three years based on my H1B but her Name and Date of birth are incorrect in I-539 approval notice. Name misspelled and date of birth is incorrect. I don't know whether it was my lawyer’s fault or INS? My lawyer says, he tried to call several times but wasn't able to speak with anyone at INS customer service. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem? And how long does it take to get the corrected copy of approval notice (I539)? I tried to call but INS wants my legal representative to call.
How big problem is this if my daughter leaves the US and tries to get visa in the Consulate?

-----------------ask the Copy of form I-539 from lawyer(he has copy) check if he wrote wrong info

What is the I-94 expiry date attached with H4 approval.

----August 10, 2007
What is the I-94 expiry date attached with H4 approval.
----August 9, 2010
Does her New I-94 # match with the I-94 # that she had early
---Yes it does match. The I-94 # matches with the previous # she had.

Her new approval notice has my information as well such as my name, address etc which are correct.
It is the only her name (one letter is missing from her name) and in her birth date, my birth date is printed.
Can you give some info in this situation please?
My lawyer has made mistake in the I-539 forms.

My lawyer has made mistake in the I-539 forms.
-----------------Ask the fee back from Lawyer. also report to local Bar the mistake of lawyer . It is not USCIS mistake ask the lawyer to file her H4 extension again and let her H4 extension REACH USCIS Before August 9, 2010 (you dont pay the Fee Lawyer should pay the Fee).

**FYI if your daughter is going to visit India she can get H4 visa stamp as you are on H1 status, (she should keep Copy of all the I-94 front and back with her and show only if asked)
