Incorrect "country of birth" on I-129

1. In i-129 i have the following issue - my company had given the wrong country of birth
2. in i-94 the country of birth is correct
3. in i-129 the consulate is correct

has anyone faced a similar issue?

Give more details- as to was your h1 approved? Most probably you might have to file an amendment..

Same Problem

I'm also in a similar situation, in my I-129 the COB Field was filled wrongly. But my I-797 has the correct COB and my papers have been mailed to the correct consulate. will this cause any problem when i go for stamping? Need urgent advice. Thanks.
