You can debate how much BS is in the JIT but at least with the approvals that have been coming through and the acceleration in the JIT dates, they are on the right course.
Who knows, maybe they will begin to approve 140/485's within 6 mos. They have pilot programs now approving them in 90 days. (Lucky me, my approval was 932 days for my 485)
