In Process to Certified ?

Any one's status is changed from "In Process" to "Certified" ?

Does any body's status moved from 'Inprocess' to 'Certified'. ?

There are not many responses regarding recent filings and their status.
Looks like every one struck some where in the middle of PERM process.

My case is also filed on 07/21/2005 from Atlanta EB2. It was in 'Final Review'
for a while then it is 'In Process' now.

If any one's status is changed from 'In Process' to certified please post your details here.

Thanks

VJ2004.

hello

I think we just wait for whatever come to us.
The chief director of PERM already quit, what r u still expecting in the nearly future. I think u should be very happy if they can set up a PIPO system by end of this year.

To IMGOOD

Thank you for letting us know. At least the system is working. Would you take another minute and tell us which center you filled and if was any special situation about your case, such as "special handling". Good luck to you, and may all steps from now on go smothly for you.

Hi imgood,

This is possibly the best news in several days. Hope that we now can see some of the previously filed cases being approved as well.
Can you please provide the info that irinastaicu has requested. Also, can you please clarify whether your job is in the IT industry or elsewhere.

Many thanks and best wishes for all your subsequent steps.

great news

Really a good news to who are filed and waiting from 2 months.
Finally looks like the oldest filed cases are moving.

Atleast now if they process in FIFO order. People will happy those who filed long back.

Congratulations Rajaabhi and imgood.

Thanks

Does everyone get email immediately after PERM filing

Hi,
I came to know that the recent status list is Inprocess - Certified/Denied

Mine was applied on 5th August. But didn't receive email from DOL.
Any idea folks?

Status is showing as InProcess.

Posted on 8/10 Good news

Let us guess what it means "shortly" in DOL's opinion.

Thaw In Sight for the Frozen "In Process" PERM Applications?

As reported earlier, the U.S. Department of Labor experienced the nightmare of computer decision matrix program denying almost all the PERM applications one time. Around late June 2005, in order to fix the problems caused by the decision matrix, they reran the denials and started reprocessing of denied cases, switching "denial" into processing phases and giving a tremendous hope to thousands of labor certification filers. However, apparently this process produced unexpected legal problems to deal with repeated trials by the applicants in an attempt to deal with the decision matrix denials. In order to prevent and discourage such repeated filings, the DOL changed status reporting system into a single mode, "in proces," for the entire rerun cases, and all of these cases upto mid-July 2005 have been frozen in "in process" phase without any clue as to when these cases would be adjudicated.
Yesterday, we received a message from the National Processing Center that a notification would be sent out "shortly" for these rerun cases, giving us a glimpse of hope and thaw of frozen cases. Please stay tuned to this web site for the development of the PERM news.

I am still waiting for some good news. I do not understand why they cannot just freeze people who have applied multiple times. I am sure that they can sort out the applications by company etc. But the way the DOL has managed the whole software rollout who knows. I think even i could have written a better program even without knowing any coding. We sent out the letter on 7/18 and are still waiting to hear from DOL. Anybody heard anything about EB2 retrogression in Sept.

No EB2 Retrogression in Sept!!!

The EB2 category is not retrogressing in September. It is remaining current for all countries. The EB3 category remains unavailable for all countries.
