I am on F1 stem-opt. My company refused to apply for my H1b at the last moment and now I am looking to switch where the company will apply for my h1b. This is my last attempt.


can I extend my F1-OPT for the number of days I was outside the US?


How do I verify if my consultancy is legit?


I can apply with different consultancies and if I get picked up I can select the company I want to move forward with?


How do I get informed that I got selected ? through all consultancies?


If I do my h1B through a consultancy and if it turns out to be fraudulent in future will I have an issue getting h1b or h4 EAD in future?


If I do Day1CPT through a consultancy and if it turns out to be fraudulent in future will I have an issue getting h1b or h4 EAD in future?


If I get picked up can I transfer my H1B approval to current company?


Any options to move to UK, Europe and Canada for a year or two?
