impending Marriage and 485 approved...

I have been planning to get married here in the US this weekend and add my wife to my I485 application. Unfortunately, I just saw that my I485 application was approved today.

My wife is on F1 and in the US. Do, I get a chance to add her to my application now? What are my options...

No. You are a permanent resident and your wife will need to qualify for permanent residency via the FB2 route, or independent EB sponsorship.

I guess you can have CP as u cant go for 485 now...
