Impact of work without Authorization on I-485 Approval

I came to USA on H1B visa on Aug 2001 and was working for Company A.
I resigned company A on Oct 2002 and joined Company B on Oct 2002.
I started working immediatly but my H1B papers were filed through company
B on Nov 2002 and was approved on Feb 2003. I re-enterd USA
on APR 2002 with the H1-B visa(for company B) stamped. I have filed for
I-485 on SEP 2005 through Company B.

Will the period of being Out Of Status before the latest re-entry will
affect my chances of getting I-485 approved?

If it was less than 180 days then 245k will cover you anyways, but since it was before your last entry to the US I doubt it will be a problem.
