IMP Question - AC21, Current Pay

I am currently working in SC. My 140 is approved and its 8 months since my I-485 was filed. I have found a new job in VA and I am planning to use AC21 clause to change the job.

My new salary is higher than the prevailing wage mentioned in GC filing(in SC).
However, when the prevailing wage for VA for the same position is considered it is lower by 6 thousand. By the time my GC is processed I am sure my salary will be more than the prevailing wage mentioned. But would it be a problem in the meantime with the job change using AC21 ?

I don't see an issue here with current AC21 interpretation. USCIS has been pretty silent on the wage issue, only using the new wage to determine if the job is similar. I haven't seen one peep with regards to doing a pervailing wage comparison against the new geographic area.
