Immunization incomplete (I-693)

On my Supplemental Form to I-693, the civil surgeon checked "Applicant does not meet immunization requirements". I noticed that I missed several shots. But Form I-693 clearly states that (1) Estimated Time for Clearance is "Immediate"; and (2) Action Required is "Immunizations are not required, but the applicant should be encouraged to go to physician or ...". I really hate to receive an RFE due to this. Do I have to make up these shots? Does it matter? Someone with related experience please respond. Thanks. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

After you get the receipt notice, you can always send an updated medicals that cite that you have completed all immunization requirements (of course after geting them!)

Get Them done now.

It is better to get immunization done right now in stead of getting RFE at later. I got RFE, becuase my doctor did not enclose supplemental form; even though immunization was doen. Do we have any standard format for the form ? I searched in web; did not get it. Can you pl. let me know.
