I'm getting married to a Japanese (who is a US LPR) soon, then I will become a PR of Japan.

- I'm wondering whether or not a permanent resident of Japan can stay with her spouse in the US while filing an I-130.

You are not japanese permanent resident until certain time has passed after marriage.
