How to report an illegal immigrant who are living in the USA,How long can they live in the USA when the I-485 has denied??, People say for 180..Is it legal to stay for 180 days??. How to report ?,If we report to BP and customs...will they take action??

If one's I-485 has been denied then one is out of status and potentially illegally present unless one has maintained a valid non-immigrant status.

Why do you care?

How does the USCIS will find out that if a persona is staying illegaly in the USA after i-485 is denied.....

USCIS/BCBP has its own enforcement and detention. But main issue is that it does not have enough bandwidth to trace every illegal immigrants. USCIS is an underfunded agency.

A cop doesn't not have the right to arrest you because you are illegal alien.....

Yes, a cop has right to arrest an illegal alien provided that is in their guideline. By INA-264 law any law-enforcement officer can ask anybody about his/her immigration/citizenship status. But most of the law-enforcement agencies do not do it because they have higher priorities - like crimes, accidents. And most of the crimes in this country have nothing to with illegal aliens. Local law-enforcement offices are more practical than as you think.

These immigrations laws says everything on the paper and try's to screw the people who has honest and deny or give RFE for each and small issues

Someone breaking law does not invalidates the law. There is difference between being illegal and being legal. For some people being illegal is "better route" based on their condition and for some people being legal is "better route" even though it is painful and time-consuming.

BTW, not all the I485 applicants are honest - believe me.

but why cannot they deport the person who is illegal.....there is no proper channel also to prevent this???

Who says they are not deporting? It may not be enough for you, but the fact is that everyday they are deporting.

This is injustice, How come they come up with all these RFE's for I-140/485 even when everything is clear.......And Even a Judge in the country court doesn't know about immigration nor don't even know to whom he should reply too or forward the case too....!!!

What injustice? There are many anti-immigrants in USA who feels that it's injustice to keep many "American" unemployed and at the same time "fresh-off-the-boat" immigrants taking their jobs, applying for I-485 and getting greencard. Where do you draw the line?

Your frustration/grude does not have any basis. And that's why nobody is replying your posting. People have better things to do.

leave this person ans stay away and do your own illegal job and for another 10 years you will get a greencard...

On what basis do you believe this will happen? There is no blanket amnesty for anyone except those illegal aliens who have continuously resided in the United States since January 1st, 1972.

A NRI is screwed up when a marriage takes place with a unknown person who just come to USA on just the basis of immigration benefits??

Advice your NRI friend not to marry an "unknown person". :D

I hate this County in some laws and I appreciate this country in some lawa...

A good country is governed by practical and reasonable rules - not by person or his/her emotions or frustrations.

But this USCIS laws are injustice to a professonal NRI who want to concentrate on his career and marriage....

Lobby is an important factor in this country. Many funding/rules/bills is passed due to pressure from various lobbies. It's not ideal, but reality. The immigrnation lobby is very weak. That's why it's 3rd rail politics. Your NRI friend gets his green card and "concentrate on his career and marriage" so much that he just don't remember anything about immigration policies. Just wait, dude, you will also forget everything within a few months after your approval.

Nice insight.

You said it Pralay.

While this country is the most welcoming for legal immigrants and stands first in many aspects, its cannot be perfect...justice is always not immediate, not every citizen is on the same page on may issues, etc. So we have to fight/lobby for what we think is just and this takes leadership. Unfortunately, the immigrant community, including those who've received permanent resident previleges, are likely to get on with their careers than spend energy on immigration reform.

What are you going to do,If you got an arranged marriage when you were in india for 5 weeks vacation and later when you both came her and you apply for I-1485 for both of you and she left the home after she gets EAD??

Don't get married in 5 weeks vacation. Getting married to a "unknown person" is more of a cultural and social issue of of the coutry where it happens (including my own native country). Instead of blaming to that particular social issue of that particular country, you are blaming it to USCIS. That's foolishness and beyond any logic. USCIS never asked you to get married to a "unknown person".
