where did you get this list? it has more than 60. it has 182. The fucking Tripti has not gone based on the employee number.

Log on to www.mastechas.com
Click on employees Only
Click on the Hyperlink for Employees in the USA
Enter your username/password
On the next screen at the bottom you will see another hyperlink for the list.

Since based on the employee IDs we can\'t guess who they have filed for, it is difficult to guess the criteria they have used to file the I140 amendments first.

If you guys know any of your friend(s) for whom they have filed, you can propbably guess why they filed for these people first.

Mine is also not in the list. I can\'t even see the list at website except for the first few numbers put out by intrepid. Anyway I don\'t care too much for this list since I do not have another 1 year to 1 1/2 years to give to these jokers. But it is fun to know that persons joined much after & pd later are on the list when I am not. Thank you LD.

I don\'t know anyone who quit recently. But a few friends of mine quit after company started their GC processing. They were not asked to pay for GC expenses at that time. But you never know.

I guess people with amended I-140 submitted last year are _also_ included... and so are people with I-140 filed to satisfy RFE from VSC earlier

That\'s interesting...But it\'s quiet possible all things considered. Do they also ask for interest on GC expenses. I think as soon as you get your GC you should be fired.

Please do not use obsene words on the chat board or you may come for trouble. Always remember, the lawyers sites are always favourable to employers and not the employees.

As far as the order of the list is concerned, my best take is that they have files by the priority date. But there are a few guys on the list whose priority date may be out of order and those guys are the ones who had got an RFE for I-140 redo like mine.

I agree with you Sri1 on language. No one want to do this BS and no one feel good after doing so. The problem occus when all of us feel so depressed and there is a something called TRUST which we have lost with this department. And they don\'t spend time to talk to you directly to explain why is your case getting delayed and what they are going to do to rectify the problem and what options we have. It\'s their job to tell us. I was surprised when I I saw one of the person Phil Spears last week sounded like on the verge of breakdown because of delay. He spent 325 dollars just to get some advice from an attorney. Educated class of India think that other people out their are just to serve them. And it takes time to get over that habit like all bad habits. There are laws to protect people against bad habits...at least in USA. I think this message board is good if you want to file something and need to know your options. But if you check this board everyday and find out people getting approved who have filed sometimes 1, 2 or 3 years after us and we all are stuck because of some stupid decisions which were never explained to us is more frustrating and cause mental agony. My advice is either check once a week like phil or switch jobs. Or hope that guidelines will come in a week or two and we don\'t need to go through I-140 again. This list of amended I-140 people means nothing if the guidelines come this month. Damn it...my body is aching after playing volleyball yesterday and I don\'t need any of this mental agony everyday. Have a nice holiday weekend.
