I found a website where you can email your questions and get help with the tough stuff. getyourhelphere dot com They didn't charge any fees for most of my questions and they helped me figure out what to put on my forms. They are especially good at answering the kinds of questions that the national service center people wont answer directly. I don't know what is wrong with those guys but every time I asked a question they started out by telling me they couldn't advise me on what to answer on my forms.
