If we move from CA to TX, who will process the 485, NSC or TSC ?

Hi

I am working for a company B in California for last 2.5 years.

As a future employee, the previous company A (Virginia) got 140 approved through TSC, and during the 2007 fiasco filed the 485 at NSC, being a CA resident.

category: EB3, 2002

Now I am planning to move to Texas within next 6 months, then which service center will process my 485? NSC or TSC?
