I come to US 1990 filed asylum ,
asylum approved 1994.
apply first I-485 1977
after submitting FP BIO and I-693 supplement/medical
For some reason I-693 not received -application rejected.
new application I-485 2001
ND : Aug 2001
FP : MAY 2004
RFI : Aug 2005
RFI receved 09/20/2005
BIO code 2 : October 7 2005
On line status still the same as 09/20/05

Your comments when I will get my GC??????? I have waiting more than anyone.
 
uhhh..alforgreencard, it is a long time

Let me ask you something.

Your case is in NSC or in TSC? ... I think the case in TSC take more time. I was like everybody in NSC first and everything began quiclky, and after my case change to TSC I don't have new notice and my LUD has never change after my last notification about my finger prints...

What were you doing in these 2 years? You were eligible to file 485 in 1995.

Second I-485 2001
What were you doing again in these 4 years?

It seems you were just waiting and waiting negatively.

I agree with you - TSC is much slower than NSC. But you at least got your RFI received by TSC, and I have not heard from them - after almost one month after submitting RFI.

It is sad to hear your story. But why didn't you submit another I693 asking them to reopen your case instead of re-applying new I-485 in 2001 ?
 
you could have filed a motion to reopen the initial application and saved all these wait times. It is too late now. :( :( :(
 
You deserve an award from uscis for time wasted.I would approve your case in 2 weeks and backdate your card 4 years if I were your immigration officer.

Let me answer yr questions
1) My initial case I-485 filed in 1997 was in VERMONT then transferred to NSC.
2) I did all the process from between 1997 to 1999 then on December 1999 my application has been rejected with the ground that the INS did received your I-693 supplement in time(within 60days) They did not gave second chance.
3) Between 2000 to July 2001 I tried to appeal 3 times with no success the INS reply replied the case has been rejected and cannot be appealed (period). But they say U can re-apply a new application. So that is what I did on 2001.
