If one travelling on AP, Does they need transit visa

If you have only AP and no valid visa to US, you will need a transit visa to all these destinations except Amsterdam. Verify with Dutch consulate for Amsterdam.
 
One of my friend went to India through Frankfurt and they did not ask for transit visa.It seems Germal consulate told him that no transit visa required for AP.
 
I called German consulate in Boston, and they mentioned that for Indian citizens with AP (which means no passport stamp), transit visa IS needed.
It would take just few hours affair to get it done - needed passport, 1 passport photo (either front or US immigration style is fine), AP details, ticket or itenary.
