If my wife starts to use EAD, will my H1B be invalide?

My wife filed I-485 as my dependent. If she starts to use EAD to work, will that invalidate my H1B status?

Also she has her own H1B status, if she uses AP (filed as my dependent) to reenter US, will she lose her H1B status? I am nost clear since the AP was not based on her own employment.

There is nothing that your wife can do to invalidate your H-1B status, short of killing you, having you fired or physically removing you from the United States.

No AP is based on employment, just on a pending I-485 petition. Because of this, the same Cronin Memorandum rules apply to her as they would to you. The fact that she is a derivative I-485 petitioner is irrelevant.
