I am on TN and want to file I-140 self-petition
I indicated I will do consular processesing
I might do AOS

If my AOS denied or visa denied at counsalar office then
is that end of my life in US as for as TN is concerned?

Would I ever be able to apply for TN visa?
Thanks

If your AOS or GC process dies, then, yes, enty into US (or remaining stay in US) is done until you can re-establish foreign home, etc. Subsequent entries into US will be scrutinized (depending on the reason for denial). This applies to ALL CP or AOS applicants, except those on H or L status, not just TNers.

At some point later you could enter US as a tourist or on TN, once your I-485 process is officially dead.

None of this applies to I-140 denial however.

If you have applied for I-485, then you should no longer be on TN, you should be on EAD. WIth the death of I-485 for whatever reason, your EAD is cancelled and you need to leave US.

Once you leave US, establish foreign home, allow time for the I-485 to come 'off the books", then you can re-enter US as a tourist, TNer, student, etc.

It is the applying for I-485 that prevents you from being temporary unti lsuch time as you can prove that your are no longer trying to immigrate.
