I know one can apply for iEAD if your EAD EXTENSION has been pending for more than 90 days BUT can you also apply and get iEAD if your INITIAL application for an EAD (after an approved 140; not concurrent) along with 485 has been pending for more than 90 days?

---YES, if EAD renewal is filed 90 days back and no RFE for EAD
EAD is based on pending I-485
