I797 lost - filled I824 --POE risk?

Hi,

I and my wife came to USA on H1B/H4 visa in the month of June ’2005 and my visa validity is up to October 2007. I transferred my H1B to new employer (B) and got approved in July ’06.

I received the original I-797C and photocopies on I-797A for both H1/H4 visas. I got a letter from my company stating our original I-797A documents lost in transit and they have applied to duplicate copies.

My daughter is in India now and her H4 visa scheduled in early November, My wife will be accompanying her for visa interview. Will there be any issues port of entry or at immigration while coming back to USA. We have stamped valid visa until October 2007 (company A) and we have original I-797C (company B) and photocopies of I-797A (company B).

---------------at POE show the valid visa stamp in passport(through A) AND YOUR H1 approval of company B and your daughter and wife will get I-94 till your H1 approval of B
