I797 Aprroved but error on the notice..

Hello, my lawyer just recieved the I797 approval notice today , but there is error on the notice. They have sent a fax to uscis today, anyone has experience on the responds time in similar case, do I need to wait months and months to get this corrected, or is it quick? .Thanks...

--- it takes time. what is wrong on approval? is that USCIS error or YOUR lawyer mistake on forms that he sent?
 
thanks for your responds...USCIS made the error. Can you tell me approx. how long does it take to correct the issue. ( I am planing to leave the country in 2 weeks)....is there any way to expedite this

mistake cant be corrected in 2 weeks. how do you say it is USCIS error? did you check the Copy of forms that lawyer submitted to USCIS? for more info ask your lawyer as I dont know what is mistake on approval notice and you have not posted the error
 
hello again, i have not seen the notice myself, but according to my lawyer the issue is this, H1 should be from August 9 2007 thru August 9 2010, instead dates on the approval form is August 9 2007 thru August 30 2007. The lawyer faxed my ticket and visa appointment letter to USCIS, I am hoping that they would fix the issue soon, i was scheduled to leave the country on the July 30th. Any input?? Thanks

Please ask your lawyer, I dont know if it is mistake of lawyer on form I-129 or USCIS mistake

according to my lawyer is the mistake of USCIS...any idea how long does it take to get a responds from them...
