Asylee need to file I 602 with i485 for gc if he was overstayed on visit visa for couple year before his asylum was approved?

I don't quite understand what you are trying to say but form I-602 is for refugees and not asylee

I personally was out of status for 10 years before I was granted asylum. I never filed I-602 with my I-485.

Man, get a lawyer and ask him all the questions you want. Ive never heard about i602 for asylees/ refugees.
