I485 Qs - Please Help

Let us assume that we file I-140 and I-485 together and later on for some reason I-140 gets denied.

1. What happens to the I-485? Does it also get denied.

2. If I-485 gets denied and if I am not using the EAD/AP, can I maintain the H1 status after the denial and start the GC process again?

3. Will this 140/485 denial affects the future 485's filed for me?

4. Can a person have 2 I-485's pending at a given point of time(assuming that he is the primary applicant for both 485's)?

---- if I-140 got rejected then EAD AP , I-485 all will be rejected becase all rest on approved I-140

----- If I-485 gets denied and your are on H1 status and maintaining H1 status (EAD not used) you can remain in US till you have H1
