I485 Pending approval, need an H1!! Kinda strange Case!! Please help!

Am I glad I found u guys.... U r going to love this case...(My attorney sure does)

My GC Labor process was completed before my OPT exipred and I never took an H1 since I got my AP directly. MyI-140 is already approved and 485 is pending approval. I am getting married next month in India

My question is:

1. I need to get an H1 now so I can get her here on H4. Is there any other way to do this?

2. I dont have an H1 Visa Stamp on my passport. Will I need the H1
Stamp on my passport for my wife to get an H4.

3. Will my wife need to get her name changed in the passport to apply
for an H4 visa.

4. I have a very short holiday and would need a immediate appointment
for our Visa. Is there some documentation I can file to get an earlier
date? Since my residence in India is Ahmedabad, I think I would probably need to appy to Mumbai Consulate.

If your I 485 is approved, you are in fix and can not bring your wife in near future.

If you get your H1 approved, you have to get visa stamped before getting H4.

No need, you can change it here in US.

I think Mumbai is not a crowded one like Chennai and Delhi.
Since my residence in India is Ahmedabad, I think I would probably need to appy to Mumbai Consulate.
