I485 - Out of country

If my wife is out of the country, can I apply for I-485 and include her in the I-485 application? FYI - I am the primary applicant. For applying for I-485, there is a requirement to be in the US but I was wondering if that applies for the dependents too...

Absolutely. It applies to everyone filing an I-485, no matter what basis.

You do not 'include' her into your I-485, she has to fill her own I-485 and file it, based on your I-140. And of course she must be in USA...
