I485 filing questions

I filed for NIW in May 2007 and my application just got approved at TSC. I plan to submit the I-485 application in the next couple of weeks. In reviewing the forms and instructions, I faced a few questions as follows:

1- There are common initial evidences for 485, 131 and 765 such as copy of passport, copy of I-94 etc. Do I need to submit more than one copy of each since they are processed by different people or one copy suffices?

2- I'll be filing for my wife, who is now on F-1 student visa and has income as a graduate research assistant. Does she also need to provide her W-2, tax return and pay stubs? How about her I-20 etc?

3- Should I also file an I-134 (affidavit of support) for my wife even though she has income and her current status (F-1) is not dependent on me?

I really appreciate if anyone could help me by addressing these questions.

Thanks!

Her income from F-1 related work is irrelevant, because she ceases to be in F-1 status when her I-485 is filed, and that work is very temporary. The income they are interested in is something that can reasonably expected to continue after obtaining the green card.
