Hi guys..

First of all thanks a lot to every one...

I am silent vistior to this site..As per the uscis site My case got approved on Feb'24.
Still i cannot believe this.

This case has been approved. On February 24, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

I485 RD 12/08/2002 (EAC-03-075-5****) --concurrent filing
Fp --02/20/2003 (exact date not sure..+ or - 2 days)
EAD AD : 02/25/2003
AP AD : 02/27/2003
2 nd EAD RD : 12/23/2003
2 nd AP RD :: 12/23/2003
I 140 AD 09/22/2003
I 485 AD 02/24/2003(as per Ins Site)
 
Can you beleive this shit.

They approving 12/02.

And we old ppl are still waiting.

Anyway you are extremly lucky man... and congrats.

Guys,
Don't you think that we need to add this to one of the points in the litigation against uscis???? They claim it is FIFO and it defintely is not. Look at people who have been waiting since nov/dec 2001. This is a pure mockery and the sheer suffering of the people and the random approval pattern which clearly demonstrates that USCIS has 'NO IDEA" are strong enough. I think we need to really raise this issue in the media. If we advertise a one-page ad consistently for about a few months that is enough to get attention of everybody.

Of course this feeling should not take the joy out of sri075 over his approval. Congrats again!!!
 
congrats man...you are really lucky in getting out out bloody waiting time of uncertainity. you should buy mega million lottory.

ramss you never know which is your day and then you won't remember this forum at all, so hope that you get it soon and good luck.

It exactly seems like that 2nd EAD/AP triggered the approval.

It can be the case for someone who has everything right and fingerprints not expired and then suddenly one day they open his file and if they find everything in order and it's approved.

Waqt se pehle aur kismat se jaada kisi ko nahi milta (You would never get before your time arrives and more than destiny has in store for you).
